If your digital-goods clients take disputes on their own Stripe accounts, ask us about a dispute health check.

The dispute health check

Your client exports their Stripe dispute list themselves (no logins or API keys), and we review each dispute against the same minimum-evidence checklists behind the free checker — what was lost, what was never contested, and which open disputes are still fightable before their deadlines.

Exports only

The client exports the dispute list from their own Stripe dashboard. We never ask for a password or a secret API key, on any path.

The same checklists

Each dispute is read against the minimum-evidence checklist for its category — the checklists published in our guides and applied by the free checker.

Deadlines first

Open disputes are sorted by Stripe's evidence due-by date. We need a case at least 4 days (96 hours) before it; inside 96 hours we decline.

If a client engages us for packets

Our standard fee is the only fee they pay: "Our fee is 20% of what you recover, charged only if you win. If you lose or we decline, our fee is $0. Stripe's own dispute fees are separate." Terms for working with firms — including report format and any referral arrangement — are available on request; nothing beyond this page is offered until it is agreed in writing.

The client reviews every packet and submits it in their own Stripe dashboard. Nothing is submitted without the merchant's explicit approval of that case, and a versioned service agreement is accepted in the app before a case proceeds.

Digital goods only, sold on the client's own Stripe account. If a platform or marketplace took the payment as merchant of record, the dispute belongs to that platform and only it can answer.
